Financial Policy

The 3 Way Split Project has been designed to be low-cost/no cost, global projects enterprise and is underpinned by the following philosophy:

“The measure of a person’s success should not be judged by the value of what they own, or how much money they have in the bank, but by how much good they do in their community and the world at large.” Anna Heim 1991

The 3 Way Split Project is committed to ensuring that the project will not be publicly funded. This means the project will not ask for financial investment, contribution or hand-outs from the Town/City Authorities whom have chosen to engage with, endorse or support the project.

Applications for Grant Funding will where necessary be restricted to the ‘Life Change & Creative, Cultural Exchange Programs’.

To date the project's development and event delivery to the community has been funded by:
Anna Heim - 80% of all costs
Sponsors - 20% of all costs

The Current Financial Policy requires that all participants in the project’s Conference/Forum/Exchange Programs to fund their own travel and accommodation expenses, in the event that sponsorship for such exchanges is not securred, till 2012, at which time the project will review this aspect of project policy.

Moving forward:

I Anna M Heim (Project Director) continue to commit my time and professional services Pro-Bono and anticipate that I will continue to invest an average of 30hrs per week and 10% of my net personal income, to carry the project forward to the next level of development.

2011 will see a drive to open the project to a variety of Sponsorship Agreements; and Citizen Share-holder Schemes, and the delivery of a range of fund-raising events as the 3 Way Split Project becomes a registered Not-for-Profit Organisations in both the UK and USA.

Financial Accounts for this project will be:
• Open to public scrutiny
• Independently audited
• Published Online in PDF format.

Funds raised for the Project as described above will be invested in the following:
Life Change Program
Creative Cultural Exchange Program
3 Way Split Project Gallery - Southend-on-Sea
3 Way Split Collaborative Broadcast Media Productions.
Development of the 3 Way Split Sound Stage (in Southend-on-Sea)
