The
3 Way Split is an ‘Open Source’ project,
whereby project supporters (participants), are supported in meeting
their aspirations for themselves and their communities at local
level through the leveraging and sharing of ideas, knowledge and
best practice across international borders. on a ‘Pick ‘n’
Mix’ basis and through the wide range of opportunities and
possibilities offered by the project.
The
‘Open Source Operational Strategy’ has been described
as ‘Free-style Management’ by the project’s
Polish Partners and ‘Satellite Management’ by some
of the project’s US partners – irrespective of the
preferred terminology – this project allows for freedom
of engagement at all levels of organisation, business, society
or government.. and in the spirit of Open Source, we are sharing
with you our partners and supporters under Common Creative Licence.
The
3 Way Split Project has been set up to create opportunities which
support skills, training and employment needs at grass roots!
All
participants and supporters understand that they are free to dip
in and out of the project according to their local needs.
Critical
to the success of this project is respect for Intellectual Property
(IP) to this end, when engaging with the 3 Way Split Project we
are trusting you (supporters, participants and beneficiaries)

The
3 Way Split Project will reciprocate and always:

accorandance with the highest ethical and moral standards.
In order for the 3 Way Split Project to be properly evaluated,
the management team have an expectation to receive feedback as
applicable. We need to know from your perspective what is working
and what is not.
Evaluation
will inform the direction and shape of the 3 Way Split Project
when moving forward.
To
keep operational costs to a minimum and provide for maximum collaborative
engagement the 3 Way Split Project uses Skype
